GOVERNANCE & LEADERSHIP
THREE groups work together to form BSG
governance lead FOUNDER MEMBER CUM CHAIRMAN, life time member and promoter of
Skill Gurukul. He has the right to nominate successor the Chairmanship. Our
BOARD DIRECTORS appointed by Chairman are distinguished group of individuals
from around the globe who bring experience, diversity and passion in business
and project management. Board members also occasionally serve as Mentors,
Spokespersons and Ambassadors for BSG. Our members elect the Board to provide
strategic oversight and governance for the BSG. Our Leadership Team are member
volunteers who has the executive responsibility of the implementation of the
BSG’s vision under. They lead and manage teams across BSG global & regional
offices to execute the activities outlined in our strategic plan and budget.
BSG teams serve and collaborate with a global network of chapters and
volunteers who dedicate their time and talents to advance the project
management profession.
Strategic Plan
As a community, we have plans to
introduce multi-skill courses to shape the future of youths together. BSG is
well-positioned to “empower youths to become a confident productive
individual”. We have all worked tirelessly in project management which is
both recognized and respected as a profession. Project Management is
acknowledged as a skillset critical to business and society. Project professionals
will always be at the heart of our community, and BSG is committed to
continuing to provide the resources with minimum experience and knowledge they
need to support their personal and professional success. As we expand our focus
to include individuals who seek to drive change, but do not consider themselves
project professionals, our core community will play a critical role in
welcoming and mentoring these aspiring changemakers. By sharing our collective
knowledge, expertise and experience with new audiences, and supporting their
individual growth through modular offerings, we can enable millions to tackle
the challenges they face NOW.
WHO IS YOUR GOMC LEGACY TRAINER
Mr Baskar Venkata Ramani, an Opportunity Consultant and a Program Director of PROJECT MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE (PMI) Service and Outsourcing Business Special Interest Group (2008-2011). After a successful career in Multinational Companies like PHILIPS, DEC, COMPAQ and HEWLETT PACKARD for over 20 years, went ahead to establish Global Opportunity Management Consultant (GOMC) in 2010 extending consulting service in BUSINESS MANAGEMENT and TRAINING for PMI CREDENTIALS like PMP, RMP, PBA to empower the experienced corporate executives. Since 2010, as a corporate trainer and process management consultant in Middle East and India, trained personally more than 6000 executives to gain professional credentials of PMI through the local Registered Education Providers (REP). Established in 2011 the NOT-FOR PROFIT ORGANISATION for skill development in Sports and Performing Arts. Now transformed it into BASKARA SKILL GURUKUL
BASKARA SKILL GURUKUL(BSG)
Transformed in 2023 as a NON-PROFIT MEMBERSHIP organisation. This initiative was based on the research finding of the requirement of ready to deploy skilled & productive project resources. The turmoil of pandemic and war around the world over past few years created lot of opportunity for the YOUTHS, but they need to take responsibility to be disciplined and productive. In 2023 the leadership of Honourable PM Modiji of BHARAT known as INDIA, has set a vision of TRILLION DOLLAR ECONOMY in NEXT 5 YEARS. He has invited the GLOBAL COPORATES to MAKE in INDIA their products and export. This has created a huge demand of Project Resources and Manager, who can manage delivery of objectives in time as targetted. Project Management Institute (PMI) a membership organisation established in USA, having second largest operation in India, has given a forecast of PROJECT RESOURCE requirement of 2.5 million GLOBALLY and of which ONE Million in INDIA.
